Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the website and services of Cla New England Tiles ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services Provided

Cla New England Tiles provides residential and contractor-focused renovation and improvement services, including but not limited to bathroom and kitchen renovations, demolition, painting, cabinet installation, electrical and plumbing coordination, plastering, and related services. All services are subject to availability, site conditions, and written agreement.

3. Estimates and Agreements

All estimates provided are based on initial information and/or on-site evaluations. Final pricing may change if project scope, materials, or conditions differ from what was originally discussed. A service is only confirmed after client approval of the estimate or contract.

4. Payments

Accepted payment methods include check, Zelle, and credit card (credit card payments are subject to a processing fee). Payment schedules, deposits, and final balances will be defined in the project agreement.

5. Scheduling and Timelines

Project timelines are estimates and may vary due to material availability, inspections, change requests, weather conditions, or unforeseen structural issues. We will communicate any significant changes as soon as reasonably possible.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, access to the job site, timely decisions on materials and finishes, and ensuring a safe work environment. Delays caused by missing information or access may affect timelines and costs.

7. Warranties and Limitations

Any workmanship warranty offered will be specified in the service agreement. Cla New England Tiles is not responsible for defects in materials supplied by third parties or chosen by the client.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Massachusetts law, Cla New England Tiles shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.

9. Cancellations

Cancellation policies, including potential fees, will be defined in the project agreement. Work already completed must be paid in full.

10. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, images, logos, and branding, is the property of Cla New England Tiles and may not be used without written permission.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
