Where CLA New England Tile works
We serve the whole MetroWest Massachusetts region, plus Massachusetts towns within about 35 miles of it, Boston included. If you are not sure you are inside that, call and we will tell you straight.
The honest version
MetroWest first, Massachusetts only
Our core is twelve towns: Natick, Newton, Wellesley, Needham, Wayland, Sudbury, Hopkinton, Holliston, Medway, Millis, Medfield and Franklin. We also take jobs in Massachusetts towns within about 35 miles of them. Past that, the drive starts eating the day and you end up paying for windshield time instead of tile, so Cape Cod and western Massachusetts are outside our range. We would rather say no than quote a job we cannot service properly.
Natick, Framingham and the MetroWest core
Natick, Framingham, Wayland, Sudbury, Hopkinton and Holliston. This is the middle of our map, so a bathroom, a kitchen or a tile floor here is an easy yes.
Newton, Wellesley and Needham
Plus the towns around them, like Weston, Waltham, Brookline and Dedham. Older homes here often mean the substrate is the real job. Walls out of plumb and floors that were never leveled are the reason we quote after seeing the room, not over the phone.
Medfield, Millis, Medway and Franklin
And the towns next to them, like Walpole and Norfolk. If you are living in the house through a full remodel, sequencing matters, because one bathroom offline for a month is a real problem. We work out the order at the estimate.
Boston and its neighborhoods
Hyde Park, West Roxbury, Jamaica Plain, Roslindale, Brighton and the rest of the city, for homeowners and for general contractors. A bathroom in the city means parking, stairs and building rules about noise, so the schedule has to be honest.

Do you charge more for a job further out?
Not inside our range. Travel is built into how we price, so a bathroom in Natick and a bathroom in Boston are quoted the same way. Outside the range we would rather decline than add a surcharge that makes the job bad value for you.
Do you work in New Hampshire?
No. Our jobs are in Massachusetts only.
Can you do a job in a city building with restrictions?
Yes, and we would rather hear about the elevator windows, the noise hours and the certificate of insurance requirement at the estimate than on the first morning. Bring them up early and they cost you nothing.
Do you travel for a small job?
A backsplash or a single shower at the far edge of the radius is worth asking about rather than assuming. Sometimes it works because we already have a crew nearby that week. Call and we will be straight with you.
